REP AB-3100 Adjustable Weight Bench

The AB-3100 is REP’s budget-friendly adjustable bench that doesn’t compromise on functionality. It offers six back pad positions—from flat to 90°—and three seat angles—from flat to 20°—making it versatile for a variety of lifts. This heavy-duty flat-to-incline bench (no decline) features a three-post design, keeping the legs out of the way for comfortable pressing. Angles can be adjusted quickly and securely using the ladder-style system.

For added stability, the AB-3100 has grippy, grooved rubber feet at all three contact points, along with a vertical support tube to handle heavy loads (up to 700 lbs). The non-slip, textured vinyl pads keep lifters in place and are easy to clean, while the slightly tapered seat pad—with a 1.75” gap between back and seat—enhances comfort during workouts.
