The REP® Nighthawk™ Adjustable Weight Bench is a performance-driven upgrade inspired by the success of the AB-4100. Designed with purposeful enhancements, it improves stability, adaptability, and overall user experience without sacrificing portability. While many adjustable benches focus solely on higher weight ratings and larger frames—often making them bulky and difficult to move—the Nighthawk™ strikes the perfect balance between strength, compact design, and everyday functionality. It’s an excellent choice for home gyms and light-commercial settings like boutique studios or personal training spaces where maximizing floor space matters.

A widened rear foot and full-length front foot provide exceptional stability during lifts without adding unnecessary weight. The closed ladder-style adjustment system uses thick, heavy-duty rails for smooth, secure position changes. The molded polyurethane pad, finished with REP’s CleanGrip™ vinyl, delivers a comfortable, supportive surface with outstanding durability and traction.

Built with smart weight distribution, the bench weighs 88 lbs yet feels surprisingly easy to maneuver—comparable to, or even lighter than, the AB-4100. A knurled front handle and rugged transport wheels make repositioning simple. Designed for home and light-commercial use, the Nighthawk™ will also be compatible with upcoming attachments, including a leg curl/leg extension option and an updated leg roller, expanding its training versatility even further.
